Abstract

The article presents the results of a study examining the psychometric properties of the Russian-language version of the Protean and Boundaryless Career Attitudes Scale (J. P. Briscoe, D. T. Hall, R. L. Frautschy DeMuth). The questionnaire assesses the severity of individual career attitudes, reflecting subjective career stances. These include a multivariate career attitude, including independent career management and a focus on one’s own career values; and a boundaryless career attitude, including limitless thinking and a preference for organizational mobility. The original version of the questionnaire presents evidence of its high reliability and validity. The proposed study demonstrates the acceptable psychometric properties of the adapted version of the questionnaire, allowing its use with a Russian-language sample.
