Peer-Review

In order to protect the quality standard and manage reputational risks, all manuscripts submitted to Lurian Journal undergo expert evaluation during the review process.

Initially, the manuscript of a scientific article is evaluated by the editor-in-chief for compliance with the profile of the journal  (Aims and Scope | Lurian Journal), publication requirements  (Author Guide | Lurian Journal). If any discrepancies are found, the manuscript may be rejected.

At the second stage, the manuscript is transferred to reviewers – experts in the subject area of the article. The tasks of the review: assessing the quality of manuscripts, monitoring the quality of scientific research, offering recommendations for revision and improvement of the content of manuscripts.

Review method: double-blind.

Manuscripts recommended by the reviewer for publication after changes have been made are not sent for re-review. However, the editors monitor the changes and, if necessary, may reject the article revised by the author.

The editors of the journal do not enter into discussions or disputes with authors in the event of rejection of a manuscript.
